What is in this Section?

In this video, Simon briefly explains the role of the Trustee of the Bond.

If you recall a trustee is:

'An individual person or member of a board given control or powers of administration of property in trust with a legal obligation to administer it solely for the purposes specified.'

A Trustee has duties, and obligations to fulfill for the benefit of the beneficiary, or beneficiaries.

A Trustee should possess a good-level-of-competency, and should only approve and or authorise disbursements from “trust-funds”, once due-diligence has been completed.

Whilst the word trustee is synonymous with a role of “service”, for example, “prisoners”; it is on the flip side, a position which has power; the power to investigate, conduct due-diligence and authorise, or not, as the case may be.

The real question here is: “should you take-the-position of being a trustee?” Well, that's just one question which needs to be answered in detail, and that’s why we’ve organised a seminar. Find out more by clicking the button.
