How The Affiliate Program Works

To find your referral links:  Go to the  Affiliate Sign-In  page.

When you do, you'll see this page (below).

1. Copy the link to the product you want to share.    
2. Begin sharing your referral link with emails, on Facebook, Twitter and other social media sites .
3. Get Paid
   
   

Referral Payouts

When a referral purchase is made within a calendar month, whether the 1st day or the last day of the month, we wait for a full calendar month to pass before paying out commissions. We do this to ensure that the purchase isn't cancelled or refunded.

After the "Waiting-Month" has passed, a report is generated the first week of the following-month (aka the "Payout-Month"). We pay out Affiliate commissions around the 25th of the month depending on holidays, and weekends.

For example: for sales made in November 2018, we will be paying commissions around January 25, 2019.

Commission Rates, Rules and Exceptions to the Norm

Rule 4: Master-Class Commission Rates vary between 10% and 25%. This is due to the nature of the courses. [Amended 25th October 2023]

Rule 5: Not all solutions provided by external third-parties are included in the Affiliation program. Where Solutions are included, they will attract a rate of commission @ between 10% and 25%. For example: the "How to Get Rid of CCJs" Webinar, the "CCJ Set Aside Bundle" and the "DCA Bundle" are all third party solutions. We are merely promoting the information and service. 

Rule 6: Affiliates can only earn commission if they themselves are;

• an active current member of the Jedii Academy as at the time (day) the commission payment is due, and has been a member of the Jedii Academy for at least six months prior to the day on which the commission payment falls due.OR
• They are engaged in a strategic partner's alliance with YAYC OR
• They have purchased Affiliate Status [amended 30th October 2023]

Rule 7: Commissions are only payable on those products purchased by people referred to the site by Affiliates. In other words: if an Affiliate suddenly discovers that his/her friend is a member of the site and asks said friend to make purchase using Affiliated codes/links, commission will not be payable. The Affiliation program is designed to encourage Affiliates to spread the word and bring new people to the site. [Added 10th July 2019]

Rule 8: Affiliates believed to be abusing the program (see Rule 7 in particular) may be kicked out of the Affiliate program without notice and or debate. [Added 10th July 2019] 

Rule 9: With immediate effect, and as a result of changes to paypal's policy:

a) all affiliate payments will be effected by way of Bank Transfer and
b) Affiliate commissions will build up until they total more than £20.00 at which point they will be transferred to you.

Rule 10: Overriding: Not all courses are part of the Affiliate Program. Rates of Commission may be amended over time. 

Please Note: the Affiliation Program is subject to regular review and potential change, so check back often. Affiliate Payments are subject to approval. Abuse of the program (including perceived abuse) will result in payments being withheld.

Can-Spam Act... You Are Responsible for YOUR Actions.

The bottom line is this.

You must not use any type of marketing methods that will hurt the reputation and good standing of You and Your Cash.

If we are made aware of anything which, in OUR opinion, endangers our reputation and good standing we will terminate your account immediately and ask questions later. Any commissions you may have earned will be withheld while we look into the situation and may be forfeited if you have been found wanting.

So what does that mean? Here's an overview from our hosts...

Remember that there are various laws apply to prevent people from maliciously subscribing anyone to email lists. Make sure you take extra precaution and are well-versed in the laws of your country as they relate to opt-in email subscriptions before adding anyone to your lists.  

The CAN-SPAM Act, EU Opt-In Directive, and Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation establish requirements for commercial messages sent from your business in the US, EU, and Canada respectively. 

No matter where you live, for the safety of your business, be sure you are familiar with ALL opt-in, opt-out, email, and spam legislations that are applicable to you AND your customers' country/region!

Direct marketing email messages may be sent only to recipients who have given their prior consent (opt-in). Prior permission is required for business-to-consumer (B2C) communication covering all "natural persons".

For business-to-business communication (B2B), i.e. "legal persons", EU member states are free to make opt-out the minimum legislation. However, national legislation of member states can require opt-in for B2B email communication too.

Existing Business Relationship:
A business relationship in which contact information was obtained constitutes prior consent as long as a means to opt out was provided at the same time and continues to be provided with each such message and each message is about similar products or services by the same company.

United States

The CAN-SPAM Act allows direct marketing email messages to be sent to anyone, without permission, until the recipient explicitly requests that they cease (opt-out).

In the United States, each individual email in violation of the CAN-SPAM Act is subject to penalties of up to $16,000.

Commercial electronic messages may be sent only to recipients who have given their prior consent (opt-in). All recipients' express, or in certain cases implied, prior permission is required.

Existing Business Relationship:

When there is an existing business or non-business relationship, a recipient's implied consent applies for 36 months.

Certain exceptions apply to specific types of messages sent by a political party, charity, family members, people in personal relationships, persons within an organization or between organizations.
