That A4V course was excellent and to get the video's and back up paper, to be able to
Private A4V for four years council tax and a Public process, was completed last year. The council tax 'account' was off-set, settled and 'closed' and the council have not pursued with HMCTS court bailiffs or debt collectors. Paul W.
