Crowdfunding: Litigation to Clean Up the Truth Movement ~ Live Case Studies

The Truth Movement has been blighted by Charlatans who clearly find it acceptable to steal the hard work of others and pass it off as their own, more often than not, to profit from the same.
If that weren't bad enough - it is often the case that the perpetrators of these Wrongs lack the ability and experience to effectively explain that which they have stolen, which means unsuspecting, newly awakened, souls are being led down the garden path by these self professed "Experts".
The Police are NOT going to step in and help and often avoid getting involved by simply classifying such behaviours as "a Civil Matter".
Unless we make a stand to protect the integrity of the Truth Movement, then the Truth Movement will come to a swift end.
Unless we make a stand to protect each other then more people will be caused real Harm!
If we don't take action to hold Charlatans to account, then Charlatans will merely strengthen their foothold within the Movement.
We say: "enough is enough".
The Case in Question (Claim), the Wrongs, the Background, the Educational Opportunity:
In May 2022, You and Your Cash, together with the White Rabbit Trust entered into discussions to create a Strategic Alliance with Empower the People ("EtP") over at empowerthepeople.earth.
EtP is a charitable platform, created by Simone Marshall to provide hands-on assistance to lay people, and provide financial support to worthy causes within the Truth Movement.
Simone employed two people to join the Board of Trustees and help run the Platform: Katrina Deacon and Matthew Fanthom.
Simone would later dismiss both Katrina and Matthew on 23 July 2022, and in response Katrina and Matthew promptly cloned the EtP website, took EtP member data and attempted to procure the membership too (causing more than 110 members to leave). Having initially uploaded the cloned EtP website to empowerthepeople.world, Katrina and Matthew later rebranded the cloned website as: MFS-PMA.com, and made a few adjustments to the site, presumably to make it appear different to EtP.
As at 23rd December 2022: Katrina Deacon and Matthew Fanthom have cost EtP in the region of £209,000.00, though this is not the final Quantum.

Civil proceedings
Despite multiple attempts to resolve the matter with both Katrina deacon and Matthew Fanthom, both have thus far decided to "play games" and as such a Barrister from 3 Bolt Court Chambers was placed in funds during December 2022, and instructed to prepare the pre-action protocol letter (before claim) and Particulars of Claim. Proceedings are expected to be issued in due to course to recover the damages incurred by EtP.
The Cost thus far is £5,000.00 plus £10,000.00 to issue the claim.
Private Criminal proceedings ~ Stage 1
In addition, Gary Summers, prominent London Barrister with the chambers of Steven Kay KC, 9bri.com, London and the Hague, specialist in private criminal prosecutions has been recruited to prepare an "independent" investigation into the events leading up to, and following, the cloning of the EtP website.
Mr Summers has already provided an opinion "prima facie" and believes that a prosecution for three counts of fraud (including conspiracy to defraud) may be the likely outcome. HOWEVER - before proceedings are instigated, a full investigation will be undertaken by an ex-police chief superintendent aided by ex-police detectives so as to mirror the process usually undertaken by Police in any criminal investigation.
Katrina Deacon and Matthew Fanthom will be invited to take part.
Simone and I will also be subject to the investigation.
An Independent Report will then be prepared containing a Considered Opinion - and where appropriate, private criminal proceedings can then be issued against those responsible, including those who have aided and abetted: prior, during and or after the event.
The cost of Stage 1 is £15,000.00 plus VAT.
As sad as it is that we should even have to invest our time in claims of this type, when there is so much at stake globally, these people have made their choices, and it is now time for us (and you) to MAKE A CHOICE - do we make a stand? or do we sit back and do nothing - allowing Charlatans to bring the Truth Movement into disrepute?

The Educational Opportunity:
Firstly: We have an opportunity to learn from two barristers.
We intend to turn these proceedings into learning experiences so that EVERYONE who contributes to the Crowdfund - can benefit.
During the SGM of 4th January 2023, the members of EtP voted unanimously in favour of Crowdfunding both lawsuits.
Different levels of contribution will attract different benefits: all of which are clearly laid out to the right hand side of this page, and below:
- Contribute £50 – for those who do not wish to specify any claim but wish to support the cause for the greater good. You will receive regular email updates about the progress of all cases being taken forward and be entitled to a distribution of any award won (to refund your donation)
- Contribute £100 towards a specific claim – you will receive regular educational email updates about the progress of the case and be entitled to a distribution of any award won (to refund your donation)
- Contribute £250 towards a claim – you will receive regular educational email updates, be invited to participate in regular update meetings where you can ask questions, and be entitled to a distribution of any award won (to refund your donation)
- Contribute £500 towards a claim - you will receive regular educational email updates, be invited to participate in regular update meetings where you can ask questions, be privy to case management paperwork and meetings under NDA, and be entitled to a distribution of any award won (to refund your donation)
- Monthly contributions are also possible. You can either contribute monthly until you reach one of the totals described above in exchange for the respective benefits, OR you can contribute for longer if you wish.

Regardless of whether you wish to take part or not, these proceedings are going ahead. Simone and I are committed to pursuing these actions to right the wrongs and to send a warning, for the benefit of all.
I for one - will NOT allow the behaviour demonstrated by both Katrina Deacon and Matthew Fanthom to go unpunished.
An independent Chartered Accountant (from among the YAYC ranks) has already agreed to account for the funds raised, and we invite members of EtP and YAYC to serve on an Executive Committee to assist the Accountant.

Secondly:
Any surplus funds created by the Crowdfund will be used to fund legal remedy for others who have been damaged by those:
a) giving "bad advice" or
b) "moving bad paperwork" or
c) "obtaining money by deceptive means"
This Crowdfund will be left open for all of our freedom loving family and friends who require the help and assistance of an experienced team who will always do what is right for the greater good of others.
The reason is simple: IT'S JUST NOT ON!
We hope to use this experience to create the Modus Operandi for Crowdfunding cases of this type and we therefore invite those who have been harmed to get in contact so that we can begin to coordinate other actions.
Simply email: [email protected] placing the words: "Crowdfund" and the "Name of the Charlatan" (you wish to be sued) - into the Header.
It has also been brought to our attention that certain parties may have "crowdfunded" an alleged action and kept the proceeds raised. That would (on the face of it) be an act of fraud and they too should be held liable for their actions.
What we are doing differs in as much as we are seeking to reimburse everyone who donates should we be awarded the win.
